What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and custom-made orders are final sale.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
Every piece from Furniture City includes a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. Extended protection plans for accidental stains and damage are available at checkout.
Can I request fabric or wood swatches?
Absolutely. You can order up to five complimentary swatches through our website to help you visualize textures and colors in your own home lighting.
